Contact Mode - involves attending one class per week and a workshop every three weeks, plus study in your own time for a set number of hours.

How to complete a comprehensive business plan for your business or business idea focussing on:
- Small Business Management - The business planning process and the New Zealand business environment.
- Business Law - Legal terms and concepts and preparing a legal plan.
- Marketing - Principles and concepts which can be applied to real-life situations.
- People Management - Employment and staff development as well as operations and personnel requirements.
- Small Business Accounting - Business mathematics and accounting concepts including Cashbooks, GST returns etc.
- The Financial Plan - Taxation, budgeting, sources of finance and financial policies and procedures.
